What’s Up Provo!
Happy Tug of War Day everyone! 💪

Flights From Home 🛫

We are Utahns. We want fun, and we want it cheap.
So it should be no surprise that Flights From Home, the popular travel newsletter that helps you find super cheap flights, is a Utah company. (For the record, we were surprised. We’ve known about Flights From Home for years but always assumed it was based in California or something.)
We occasionally include cheap flights out of Provo or SLC in our emails, but the people at Flights From Home are the real pro’s. It’s free to subscribe, and once you do they'll send flight deals to your inbox so you can snag tickets before the deal expires. (And some of them expire pretty fast, which is why you need Flights From Home.😉)
Subscribe now, start getting their free emails, and happy travels!

Giselle 🩰

Small-town girl Giselle falls for a charming guy named Albrecht — but she soon learns that Albrecht has a secret… We won’t tell the rest, we don’t want to ruin any surprises but it’s dramatic, heart wrenching, inspiring, and even a little ghostly. 👻💃
It will be performed by BYU’s mainstage ballet performing company starting today, with performances happening tomorrow, Friday, and Saturday as well. Tickets are $18 and many of the performances are close to being sold out!

American Ghost Stories: Triple Feature 👻
“Don’t miss the chance to witness three unique stories, three vibrant styles and one unforgettable evening of opera”
This performance is three operas in one, and each opera shows a different perspective of the American West. There are some simulated gunshots and intense scenes, so BYU recommends attendees be at least 12 years old. A family-friendly performance for all ages will be held on Feb. 22nd. (The family-friendly performance is sold out but they do encourage people to “come and see if you can get in anyway”.)

There will be one performance on Friday, two on Saturday, and one final one on Monday. Tickets start at $27.
