Blue Unicorn 🦄

Utah’s Willy Wonka lives in Springville, and he’s got a protein bar you need to try…
Luke (Utah’s Willy Wonka) and Jason started Blue Unicorn in 2024, and the story behind how they perfected the taste & texture is somewhat of a legend. Here’s how it goes:
Luke was in his workshop one clear, moonlit night when magic struck.✨ At last, after years of whisking and taste-testing, he had perfected the formula for a light, fluffy, plant-based protein bar “with just the right amount of confection-grade chocolate”! And thus, Blue Unicorn was born!
Here are their flavors:
🍫🍫 Double Chocolate
🌿🍫 Mint Chocolate
🔴🍫 Raspberry
(They are coming out with new flavors later this year so stay tuned 📢)
Their bars are made in Springville, another reason to like what they're doing, and you can buy them at Good Earth Markets, at the BYU Bookstore, and online. (Also, check out their booth at the Provo Farmers Market.)
They come in boxes of 10, but starting this week you can also buy a sample pack with 3 bars (one of each flavor), and they are 50% off! (You should see a “50% off” offer pop up when you go to their website. If you don’t use code: 50OFFBOX)

“I have been asked what I mean by “word of honor.” I will tell you. Place me behind prison walls—walls of stone ever so high, ever so thick, reaching ever so far into the ground—there is a possibility that in some way or another I might be able to escape; but stand me on the floor and draw a chalk line around me and have me give my word of honor never to cross it. Can I get out of that circle? No, never! I’d die first.”
