Imagication 🐉

This week the treat is sponsored by Bobby’s Burgers! 🍔

We knew the Bobby’s Burger part would get your attention. (It got our attention.) What does it mean to have the “treat sponsored by Bobby’s Burgers”? We’re not sure, but we know what we hope it means!

Imagication is a storytime for kids at the University Mall, and today they will be reading “My First Chinese New Year” by Karen Katz. There will be special guests coming to the book reading, a treat (as mentioned above), and crafts & games!

It’s a free event, but you do need to register. For kids 2 - 5.

Cougars vs Bears 🏔️🦁 🆚 🐻

Egor Demin | Credit: Rick Egan

The 2021 NCAA National Champions and 2-time Big 12 Champs are flying up to Provo for a Quad I matchup tomorrow. Baylor is a great team, but if you listen to the experts, it seems if Egor does well, then BYU wins.🤞

So if you see him riding around on his scooter, yell something encouraging in Russian like: “Все, что человеческий разум способен понять и во что он способен поверить – достижимо.” or “100% непредпринятых попыток заканчиваются неудачей.” Either phrase would work.

These fun, annual events are often well attended and this year should be no exception. This year the special guests include Olympian Noelle Pikus-Pace, Brandon Fugal, and BYU Young Ambassadors.

Of course, it will also be great to hear from Mayor Kaufusi as she spotlights Provo’s achievements and talks about its future as well. As Mayor Kaufusi says, "Provo’s future is as bright as its people."
