Housing Market in Utah County Report 📈

Here’s a Utah County housing market update from Melissa Kamar at Stringham West Realty:

Slight growth in prices
In February of 2024, 653 homes were sold in Utah County, and the median price was $486,500. Last month, 668 homes were sold and the median price was $497,900 (about an $11,000 increase).

Slightly longer selling times
In February of 2024, the median days on the market was 32 days, but last month it was 50 days. So in general, most properties are staying listed longer before selling.

So what does it mean? It means if you’re selling your home you can still expect strong offers (the list-to-sold ratio is near 99%) but just be prepared for it to be on the market for longer.

If you have any more questions about buying or selling a home, talk to Melissa!
