In Partnership with Flights From Home
Pro tips from the cheap flight experts

Here are a few tips from our friends at Flights From Home:
Tip #1 Fly from large airport hubs (LAX, SFO, DEN, DFW, etc.)
This is especially important when you're flying international. Instead of booking a single ticket from a smallish airport (like PVU or SLC) to your destination, consider booking a separate flight to a major hub, and then tacking on anther booking out of that major hub. For example, SLC 🔁 SFO tickets + SFO 🔁 Tahiti tickets could be significantly less expensive than booking a single SLC 🔁 Tahiti ticket.
Tip #2 Use airline-specific or flexible credit cards
If you want to maximize travel savings, use airline-specific or flexible credit cards to earn points and miles. Also, take advantage of sign-up bonuses. And when you book flights, book them through airline partners (like SkyTeam) or through reward programs. (That was 3 tips in one)
And here's a tip from us: Subscribe to Flights From Home!
It's free to subscribe and they have the flight experts plus the technology to catch all the flight deals as soon as they become available!

Wellness Wednesday Spotlight
Upfit 💪
Jon Hammond (one of the founders of UpFit, located on University Ave. in Provo) watched his mom go from effortlessly hiking Utah’s canyons to needing a walker just to get to the kitchen. It was heartbreaking to watch, and it became Jon’s motivation behind Upfit.
Upfit’s goal is to empower “active aging.” Their training is one-on-one, with a focus on strength and aerobics fitness that’s safe, effective, and actually enjoyable (no sweaty gym bros, no crazy music).
Feeling great shouldn’t have an expiration date, so build some strength, mobility, and confidence — also, your first three sessions are free!
