What’s Up Provo!
Happy National Ice Cream for Breakfast Day! 🍨
Apparently, the purpose of the holiday is to “remind everyone that you can eat ice cream any time of the year” (even in winter), and at any time of the day.
It’s an important cause…

In Partnership with Birth With Charity
Charity Eyre Wright

The fear of pain during childbirth can trigger a cycle known as the fear-tension-pain cycle: fear makes you tense up, tension make contractions more painful, which leads to more fear -- and the cycle continues. It's can make labor feel longer and harder than it needs to be.
As a Certified Advanced Doula and Childbirth Educator, Charity's goal is to help you prepare before the big day and break the fear-tension-pain cycle. During her classes she will teach you how to write a birth plan, what to expect during labor, and the strategies that will help you stay calm, shift from fear to trust, and ultimately help you fully enjoy your baby's birth!
Charity teaches a 5-week, in-person, group birth class as well as a 1-day essentials class. Her next 5-week course starts in April, (sign up early to get a discount), and her next 1-day class will be on May 10th, and it will be a retreat style class in Park City! (Once again, sign up early to get a discount.)

Provo Women’s Day 🎊

The theme this year is FEARLESS. “True courage is found in the moments we stand tall despite uncertainty.” And there’s a lot happening so we’ll try to summarize it all here.
The main events are the Women's Day Luncheon and the Eras Tour After Party. The luncheon, which starts at 10:05am, will have guest speakers, a luncheon (of course), and the Trailblazer Award will be given. At the After Party, which starts at 7pm, there will be food and photo-ops, dancing, a costume contest, and more.
And there are more community events happening all day. Check out the link below to see everything, but to give you a taste, you can sign up for Shake it Off Pilates from 8am to 9am (free). And you can also sign up for Karma Kundalini Yoga w/Jenna Ahern, which starts at 10am and is also free!

🏀 BYU vs Utah
Final game of the regular season. BYU has done amazing this year, so many good things to say about KY and the team — but it’s not over yet. Home game. Rivalry. Tickets are sold out. And it’s payback time after they beat us earlier in the year, at their place, in overtime, by a single point, after we missed our free throws in the final seconds… Got to win this one! Go Cougars!
