Tossd 🥗 

The new location for Tossd is opening up this weekend in the Riverwoods in Provo!

The Grand Opening Celebration will be from 11am to 1pm on Saturday, Oct. 26th, and the first 50 guests will get a $20 bounceback card! Also, they will have live music, giveaways, and of course, great food.

Tossd opened up in April this year as a food truck. They served salads and bowls, (and they still do), and it was a hit. Now they have a location in Vineyard and one in Pleasant Grove, in addition to the new one opening up this Saturday. The reception has been amazing so far, great to see another local restaurant business do so well—and to be serving healthy food!

Night of Fright at University Mall 🍫👺🔥 
(Friday)

The villains are going to be out in force Friday night at the University Mall. And if we’re being honest, it’s the villains that make the story exciting.

No doubt Maleficent and Darth Vader will be there. Of course Joker, Cruella Deville, and Voldemort. We’re hoping for Sauron from LOTR. Also, can anyone pull off Scar from the Lion King or Hades’ flaming blue hair? We hope so.

There’s going to be tricks, there’s going to be treats… also bounce houses, mechanical bulls, balloon animals, games, and mini golf!

If you went last year expect even more activities and goings on, also don’t miss the kid friendly story time at 6:30 and 7:45 or the fire dancers at 7!

Lots of interest around this one. This is a massive event in a massive venue. Eight pro DJ’s, Inferno Food Court, Fallout Shelter, photographers and videographers… Party past midnight at Utah's largest and most iconic Halloween party! (This event usually sells out so get tickets quick. Also, tickets are cheaper if you buy them in advance.)

🎃👹 Kid’s Halloween Swamp Hop
Rock the rink with DJ Swamp Monster, trick-or-treat, visit the fortune teller (if you dare). Come dressed up and enjoy an eerie and action-packed Halloween event! (Show up early enough to get a free “Dirt Cup”, also Swamp Juice and Love Potion will be served all night!)

🍎 Autumn Harvest

Wellness Wednesday: Service Opportunities 💝

🎮️ Roblox Game Host for IDD

A great volunteer opportunity for anyone who loves Roblox—but who also loves making people smile! Here’s the description for this unique volunteer opportunity:

“We’re starting a weekly online gaming group for individuals (teens and up) with IDD (intellectual and developmental disabilities). The goal is for everyone to have fun playing while building friendships in a fun and supportive environment.

Although we’re still in the planning phase, we’re seeking volunteers to host, or share hosting, the online gaming group once a week for two hours when we’re ready to go live.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Creating a fun and safe environment

• Fostering friendships and encouraging good sportsmanship

• Hosting and guiding the gameplay each session

Skills needed:

• Experience managing private Roblox servers and Discord channels

• Dependability and commitment—the group will be counting on you each week

The organizers for this are based in American Fork, but it’s also an online service opportunity, so volunteers might not need to travel at all. If you are interested reach out see their post on justserve.org here.

“At our Halloween Party, residents and their family members get to come together and enjoy some tasty Halloween treats and fun Halloween-themed games. “…sewing and tying quilts, sewing school bags, sewing teddy bears, preparing plastic grocery bags to be used to weave mats, and weaving mats from grocery bags.
