Injured and Accused: Guadalupe’s Story

As Guadalupe was backing into her driveway, her vehicle was hit by a truck, knocking her unconscious.
To get in a crash is bad enough. What made it worse was the other driver claimed Guadalupe was making a U-turn – causing the accident. This statement made by the other driver now put her insurance claim in jeopardy.
Fortunately, Guadalupe had Flickinger Boulton Robson Weeks on her side. Their team performed a reconstruction of the accident, proving Guadalupe correct. The reconstruction also showed the other driver was traveling at a high speed at the time of the accident. Because Flickinger Boulton Robson Weeks uncovered the truth, the insurance company agreed to pay full policy limits.
