Fall Transformation Challenge 🥧🏋️

This 8-week challenge starts TOMORROW. (Oct 1st to Nov 26th.) And you don’t have to be a rec center member! The cost is $30 for members, and $40 for non-members.

The competition is to see who can burn off the most body fat % during the 8 week competition. You'll get scanned for your body fat % at the beginning at the end to see how you did. (These are Styku 3D body scans, and the costs for the 2 scans are included in the entry price.)

Also included: access to a private FB group led by top-notch trainers, weekly health workshops, and plus the rec center will regularly give you tips to keep you on track.

There are prizes for the winners, including cash prices! And even if you don’t win one of the overall prizes, if you did your best and burned off some fall fluff, you’re a winner in our books. 🍂🔥

🎸 Concerts in the Park : The Revels Performance
We love concerts in the park if you can’t tell and we are sad they are coming to an end soon as the weather is changing. So thank you Mapleton for keeping them going. The Revels will performing tonight, playing everyone’s favorite songs from the 60’s to the 2010’s, and the Mapleton Farmers Market will be happening as well!

👉️ Also happening today:

  • Get some free s’mores from Voltage Rentals, part of their Voltage Fall series of events every Monday and Thursday from 7pm to 9pm

  • BYU Women’s Soccer plays again tonight, this time against the Iowa State Cyclones. BYU embarrassed the Cyclones by beating them 7-0 last year, so Iowa State is looking for some payback.
