In Partnership with Flickinger Bolton Robson Weeks
Before filing that insurance claim…

What we’ve learned from Flickinger • Boulton • Robson • Weeks is that there’s no guarantee what you will get from your insurance.
The main reason is dealing with insurance is complicated. Everything you do (and don’t do) affects what you end up getting.
For example:
👮 It matters how the police report was filed
🩺 It matters how you track expenses and medical bills
💬 It matters what you say, or don’t say — to the insurance company, driver, the police, etc.
And the list goes on…
Work with attorneys who know how insurance works, inside and out.
Flickinger • Boulton • Robson • Weeks will help you no matter how small your incident – and you’ll never have to pay out of your own pocket.

🛥 Algae boats to the rescue
An innovative algae-harvesting boat, developed through Utah Valley University research, is now cruising Utah Lake and steaming ahead in the fight against harmful algal blooms. Lake officials report a noticeable reduction in these toxic nuisances since the boat went into action.

Parties 🎉

🎧 Back to School Concert Bash
Fun fact: Silent discos debuted in Glastonbury in 2005.
Where’s Glastonbury? What’s a silent disco? Well, we can answer one of those questions. A silent disco is a kind of dance party where everyone dances around listening to music on wireless headphones. You usually get to choose between different channels on your headphones as well. Kinda weird because really it’s mostly silent if you don’t have headphones, and people might be dancing to different songs, but whatever, it’s fun.
Anyway, there will be a silent disco at this event, as well as live bands: Sonic Duke, Made for Midnight Party Band.

Onoh’s Malasadas 🍩

If you are an east bencher in Provo, you probably know all about Onoh's already. And now, with their second location opening up in Pleasant Grove, more of the valley is coming to love malasadas.
How it started: First off, from what we hear, malasadas are a Sunday-morning tradition in Polynesian culture. But don’t take if from us, ask Sophia Bussio, the founder of Onoh’s. Sophia has been immersed in Polynesian culture throughout her life, and in 2021, while in Hawaii, she came across a new malasada recipe. After that experience she was determined to bring some “island magic” to Utah.
Why the name: Onoh’s name literally means “delicious” in Hawaiian. And they are delicious. If you aren’t familiar already, they are a Portuguese-style donut, usually coated in sugar. They are light, and fluffy, and slightly chewy, and they often come filled as well. (Some of the fillings Onoh’s offers include haupia (coconut cream), bavarian cream, Nutella, and more).
Onoh's sells the traditional malasadas, but they also have a lot of their own twists, including savory sandwich mash‑ups on a malasada bun!
