Hey Melissa, what's your favorite way to relax?
“I love being outdoors in the spring and summer! It's too beautiful to not be!”
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
“I got started in real estate after my gnawing love of property never went away. I love helping people find a home, a place to grow and move into the next phase of life.”
Can is something unique about you?
“I'm left handed, but I do most things right handed, so I guess I'm ambidextrous?”
If I’m looking to buy or sell, what’s the best way to reach you?
“Email or call! Both are good!”

🚿 Provo continues to mull water rate change
Daily Herald — “Provo officials said roughly $80 million in funding is needed for capital improvement projects over the next decade to accommodate future growth and maintain service to its customers.”
“A previous proposal earlier this year called for a 12% increase to water rates aligned with the tiered structure. The City Council voted to table the matter at its Feb. 13 meeting after citizens and council members raised concerns about the looming increase.”
“[Mayor Kaufusi] requested time and the opportunity to explore other options to generate the funding and to bring it before the City Council early next month.”

Local Business
QSheetsCo 📈

Studies confirm it: Financial stress harms your health, but a solid plan can heal it.
While dealing with his own financial stress, Quentin Robison opened a blank Google Sheet and built his own budget tool.
Five years later, that single sheet has turned into a business creating budget tools, business templates, and even offering classes — all designed to help individuals, families, and small businesses build hope, make plans, and reclaim control!

“…when you're stuck in the same old routine in the city, it's easy to get caught up in the grind and forget what life is really about.
But then you take a step back, get out of town, and watch the sunset, and it's like a whole new world opens up.”
