What’s Up Provo!

We can’t believe March is almost over. Also, it’s spring, the weather forecast looks amazing, lots of events coming up, it’s National Chocolate Covered Raisin Day… let’s get into it!

A few highlights of today’s newsletter:

Birth With Charity

Most women (over 60%) say they were not adequately prepared to give birth.

If you’re expecting, or expecting to be expecting, then Charity Eyre Wright’s Birth With Charity classes will give you the birthing tools and practices to help you be prepared and to have the best birth possible. 👶

The classes come in two different formats, a comprehensive 5-week series and a 1-day essentials class. The next 5-week course starts on April 15th (registration deadline is April 8th, and you have to register before April 1st to get the early bird discount), and the next 1-day essentials class is May 10th. (This time it will be a resort style, one-day pre-baby getaway in Park City!)

📍 Classes for the 5-week course will be held @ Sound Corrections Chiropractic (251 E 1200 S, Orem)
📍 The resort-style 1-day Essentials class will be at Summit Park in Park City

(Needs-based grants are available to help cover up to 90% of the cost)

The United States Air Force Band & Singing Sergeants 🪖 

“Aim High … Fly-Fight-Win”

The United States Air Force Band is rolling through Provo today and will be performing at BYU! The concert has been sold out (or rather all the seats have been claimed, this is a free event) for sometime, so forgive us for mentioning it — but sometimes it’s just good to know what’s happening.

The Singing Sergeants of the United States Air Force Band is one of six performing ensembles within The United States Air Force Band, but according to them they are “the premier musical organization of the U.S. Air Force”. 🥇

Super Smash, Pop Con Panel, and Irish Music 🎮💄☘️

The Springville Library will be busy tonight.

“The 2025 Mister Inspiration Pageant celebrates the dreams and lives of local men with disabilities. These extraordinary men face significant life challenges, but their stories of overcoming limitations and living their lives “their way” inspire and uplift those around them. One will be crowned Mr. Inspiration for the next two years!” 🏆️
