I signed up—but I don’t see your emails 😕 

If you are having this problem, we can help! Simply email us at [email protected] and we will make sure that your email did get registered in our system as a subscriber.

If the subscription worked and you are a confirmed subscriber…

Then check your spam or your “Promotions” tab (if you are using Gmail) to find our emails. You can also use the search bar in your email and search for What’s Up Provo.

If you find that our emails are going to Spam or “Promotions” to be buried forever — and you want that to stop — then here’s what to do:

Method 1: Reply to an email

So these emails don’t go to spam 👉️ Find one of our emails and reply with a quick “hi” or a “👍️” or reply with nothing at all—any reply will work.

Method 2: Train your inbox

When we send an email that talks about free food 🍦🍔🍟 and your Gmail is set up like this… ⬇️ 

…then Gmail might see the word “free” and send the email to “Promotions” to be buried forever.

To avoid this outcome move one of our emails to your “Primary” inbox.

Here’s how:

• On your phone? Hit the 3 dots at top right corner, click "Move to" then "Primary."

• On desktop? Back out of this email then drag and drop this email into the "Primary" tab near the top left of your screen

Apple mail users: Tap on our email address at the top of this email (next to "From:" on mobile) and click “Add to VIPs”
