What’s Up Provo! Happy Great American Pot Pie Day! 🥧

Fun fact about pie: In Europe in the 17th & 18th century, pie crust was “basically inedible but instead served as a tub to seal in the food [tupperware] and keep it fresher for longer." Source

Makes us appreciate our soft, buttery, American pie crust that much more.

⚠️ Reminders & Notices

🗑️ Fall Cleanup
Here’s the most recent info from Provo’s website: Dumpsters will be available Mon-Fri 8am - 6pm & Sat 8am - 3pm. Here are the dates and locations:

  • Sep 23 - Oct 5 @ 2027 W 820 N

  • Oct 7 - Oct 19 @ 2620 N Foothill Dr

  • Oct 21 - Oct 26 @ 100 N Seven Peaks Blvd

  • Oct 28 - Nov 2 @ 1150 S 1350 W

Also, from beginning to end you can dump compost materials (branches, leaves, etc.) at the Provo City Compost Yard at 1625 S Industrial PKWY for free. The advantage is that, at the compost yard, you can dump everything onto the ground rather than throwing it up into a dumpster. Depending on what you have it can be much faster, easier, and safer to go this route. Tons of flies though. Keep your windows rolled up.
